Terms and Conditions – Digital PowerPack Course

1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Digital PowerPack course, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other guidelines, rules, and policies set by Digislash Academy.

2. Eligibility
The course is open to anyone who is interested in learning about digital marketing, freelancing, and business development. However, participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to enroll.

3. Course Fees & Payment

  • The full fee for the Digital PowerPack course is 5000 BDT.
  • Early bird discounts may apply, and these are subject to change based on promotions.
  • Payments must be made in full before access to course materials is granted.
  • All payments must be made through the payment methods provided by Digislash Academy.

4. Course Access

  • After payment is completed, you will be granted access to the course materials, including live classes and recorded sessions.
  • The course is delivered via live classes, and access to the platform will only be available for the duration of the course.

5. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued after the course has started.
  • If you wish to cancel before the course begins, a full refund will be provided, excluding transaction fees, if any.
  • Digislash Academy reserves the right to modify or cancel the course if necessary. In such cases, you will be notified, and an appropriate solution will be offered.

6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, documents, and templates, are owned by Digislash Academy and are protected by copyright law.
Participants are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing course materials without explicit permission from Digislash Academy.

7. Participant Behavior

  • Participants must respect the course guidelines and fellow participants.
  • Any form of harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the course without a refund.

8. Course Completion

  • To receive a certificate of completion, participants must attend a minimum of 80% of the live classes and submit required assignments.
  • Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of the course requirements.

9. Data Privacy

  • Digislash Academy values your privacy. We will not share your personal data with third parties unless required by law.
  • By enrolling in the course, you agree to allow us to store and process your data in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Course Content Modification
Digislash Academy reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel any part of the course, including the curriculum, schedule, and instructors. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

11. Liability

  • Digislash Academy is not responsible for any technical issues or disruptions in accessing the course due to external factors beyond our control.
  • Participants agree to participate in the course at their own risk. Digislash Academy will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the course or related activities.

12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from participation in the Digital PowerPack course will be subject to the laws of Bangladesh. The dispute will be resolved through mediation or arbitration as per Digislash Academy’s discretion.
